Klopp labelled ‘numpty’

Former Manchester United and Ipswich Town player Alan Brazil has called Klopp a “numpty” over his opposition to the busy festive schedule.

The German has frequently voiced his opposition to the amount of matches played during this portion of the campaign. Before the Boxing Day cancellation of Liverpool’s clash with Leeds United, the Reds were set to play two matches within 48 hours.

However, not everyone is in agreement with Klopp, including TalkSport presenter Brazil.

“The word you are missing Jurgen is ‘tradition’,” he said. “Stop changing it you numpty! With the benefits of the squad he’s got and the size he’s got… for God’s sake.”
