BREAKING Woman ‘trapped’ by falling rocks on beach as emergency services rush to scene

A woman has been “trapped” under falling rocks on a beach today prompting emergency services to rush to the scene.

The rocks fell from a cliff in the Huntcliff area of Saltburn Beach, in North Yorkshire, according to Teeside Live.

Fire crews, paramedics, coastguard and two lifeboats rushed to the scene of incident.

In images of the area fire engines and ambulances can be seen lining the street.

A small crowd of people has gathered near the Ship Inn pub on the seafront.

The incident is thought to have happened at around 2.45pm today.
